Can you tell us something about your career at Parfums Plus?
I’ve been export sales manager at Parfums Plus since March 2018. In the space of five years I’ve learned all about the perfume trade. It’s an industry that’s both traditional and modern, and totally fascinating. Because the people involved are passionate about it, the business has a really human dimension.
What does your work involve?
My mission is to establish the Parfums Plus brand all over the world. The development of the commercial activity that I manage involves opening new branches in numerous countries and ensuring they work well.
What are your ambitions for Parfums Plus in 2022?
In 2022, I intend to successfully see through the opening of a new subsidiary in a very promising location that’s totally new for Parfums Plus.
What are your customer relations based on?
Sincerity and trust are the two key foundations on which I build my customer relations. I do everything to ensure that my clients are totally satisfied.
What would you say are the strong points of Parfums Plus?
Thanks to its high-tech production system, Parfums Plus can offer top-quality perfume compositions at a very competitive price. Our dynamic teams are incredibly flexible. The fact that Parfums Plus is a French company is also clearly an asset on the global market.
What are you most proud of achieving since you started at Parfums Plus?
I’m pleased to see the number of Parfums Plus branches growing every year all over the world. I’m proud to have contributed by opening the branches in Russia in 2018 and Pakistan in 2019, and reorganising the Cameroon branch in 2020. Another thing I’m proud of is the commercial development of the geographic areas I manage, we’re on the right track!
