What does your work in Parfums Plus involve?
In carrying out my function, I focus on the development of Parfums Plus business in Poland and in the Czech Republic. My work involves discovering business opportunities, searching new customers and supporting them. Building strong and satisfying relations with all our business partners is also important part of my job.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Business is people and people are relations. In my work, I like contact with clients, meeting new people. I very much enjoy working with creative people full of passion. The moment when a new product appears is also very awarding. Finally, working in the presence of fragrances is a very nice occupation.
What are your customer relations based on?
My contacts with clients are based on an individual approach to each of them. They are most often long-term relations. I try to listen carefully to their needs and help at every stage of the process. I offer our clients the support and experience of the entire Parfums Plus team.
What would you say are the strong points of Parfums Plus?
Our strengths are certainly experience in the industry and people’s knowledge. We are distinguished by a short response time to needs and great communication with our clients. The time of price turmoil on the ingredients markets, high inflation and the ongoing war in Ukraine requires us to fully focus. Adjust changing trade conditions and cost control in order to keep the availability of our products is our priority. The Parfums Plus team constantly makes sure that our customers have stability of their work with us.
What are your professional ambitions for the coming year?
Naturally, I want to use my knowledge in the field of sales and marketing in the company, to keep the continuous increase of sales. In the near future, I would like to focus on the new companies from the beauty market that have growth potential, and interest them in our inspiring fragrances.
What are you most proud of achieving since you started at Parfums Plus?
Acquiring key clients on the Polish market, building the entire Parfums Plus Poland sales network, was and still is, a significant achievement in my professional work. Each day I work for the development of cooperation between us and our business partners.

I’m proud, that I’m part of Parfums Plus. I’m glad to see growth, technological changes in the organization, development in new markets. I know that there are still many challenges ahead of us, and I look forward to them.
